If You're Vehicle has been Impounded

Cars may be towed for various reasons by several different government agencies, including the New Braunfels Police Department, Comal County Sheriff’s Office, Constable’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety and the Fire Marshal, to name a few. Always remember to call prior to arriving at one of our Vehicle Storage Facilities, as this facilitates the entire transaction; and complies with state law that requires a one-hour notice prior to picking up your vehicle.

If your vehicle was towed and impounded by a law enforcement agency, please take note that you will need to have certain requirements met prior to retrieving your vehicle. The owner and/or representative must be at the vehicle storage facility in person, bring some type of government issued photo identification, and proof of ownership or financial responsibility. All fee’s must be paid in full prior to the vehicle being released, as per state mandated laws.

Please keep in mind, we are here to serve you during this time.  We do everything we can to facilitate the release process of your vehicle; but we do have to abide by law enforcement contract and state rules and regulations.

So, give us a call at 830-214-1900 to get further instructions on what is needed to retrieve your vehicle from one of our vehicle storage facilities.
